   Extremely disappointing experience at Mooeys Nail Bar in Farnham. We had three gel manicure appointments booked at 3:45pm and were repeatedly told that the salon had to close at 5pm, which they used as justification to refuse several perfectly reasonable requests — including French tips, BIAB, or a chrome finish — claiming these would “take too much time.” This was particularly upsetting as one of our group was a bride-to-be, something we clearly explained multiple times. Despite this, there was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to accommodate her on what should have been a special occasion. To make matters worse, the following day was a Sunday, leaving very limited options to fix the situation elsewhere. Ironically, all three manicures were finished by 4:40pm, well before the stated 5pm closing time, proving there was plenty of time after all. The refusal therefore felt unnecessary and unhelpful. At £40 per person, this was far from cheap, yet the service felt rushed and impersonal. The manicures were carried out by very young staff who seemed to have little understanding of customer service, attention to detail, or the importance of customer satisfaction — especially for something as important as bridal nails. Overall, poor communication, lack of flexibility, and a rushed service at a premium price. Sadly, not an experience I would recommend, particularly if you’re looking for nails for a special occasion.

   Just got my nails done here by Sage. Everyone is so kind in there, Sage was very gentle with the nails and made sure I was comfortable. My nails have never looked so good and they look even better than the reference photo I gave

   Elicia did my gel pedicure today and a bikini wax. Elicia always makes me feel really comfortable and at ease with her calm and friendly nature. She also helped me pick a varnish colour and my nails look fabulous, couldn't be happier. Already looking forward to my next visit.

   Absolutely stunning manicure from Alexis! The service was amazing and the atmosphere is always so friendly. I brought in a reference photo, and she replicated it perfectly – I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

   Wonderful experience with Elicia. My nails look fantastic and. The colour is gorgeous, While I was there I had a dizzy spell and almost fainted (skipped breakfast). Elicia took me outside to get fresh air and took care of me with biscuits and water until I felt better. So kind! I’ll be back again for a pedicure soon.

   I’ve been seeing Jade at Mooeys Farnham for over a year now and my nails are always amazing. I have gel overlays which usually last for over 4weeks with no damage to my natural nails. I have a very hands on clumsy job and it’s always great to know that my manicure will last for a full 4weeks. The salon is lovely too. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. I always have a great chat when I’m there and I look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend! Mooeys Farnham is awesome!

   Highly recommend. It was my first time to Mooeys and I'm quite new to getting my nails done. Lauren made me feel right at home and I Love my nails! She was so lovely too talk to. I asked for poppy nail art for Remembrance and they look Amazing! Looking forward to my next visit.

   Team Mooeys Farnham!
