   I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. I paid £27 for a pedicure with normal polish, and the polish on my big toe came off almost immediately when I got home, so I had to remove and redo everything myself. The application was poor, and I was uncomfortable with the hygiene standards. The technician wiped excess nail varnish away using his own nails instead of proper tools, and overall the salon did not feel clean or hygienic. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the price and I won’t be returning.

   I wouldn't often leave a negative review, however I have been left feeling so disappointed with something that's not a quick or cheap fix! I'm not sure why I went back for a second time - due to my normal nail bar being too busy on the day and also confused with all the good reviews! At almost £80 for a pedicure and manicure, the end product is really poor. Extremely rush, no attention to detail at all, my nails are all different lengths/angles/wonky! Layers applied thick and inconsistent leaving them looking almost lumpy. While I probably should have complained at the time, I didn't want to cause a scene. Won't be returning. Real shame as nails were for holiday and no time to get redone elsewhere.

   I don't get my nails done as often as id like, it's a treat for me and i look forward to it. I have always come to Perfect Nail Studio as they are friendly, professional and do a lovely job. However, after recently going in for a simple manicure, I was so very upset and disappointed that I'm considering not returning. My nails were not shaped properly, no hand lotion applied/hand massage. The worst thing, however, was that 3 layers of nail varnish were applied directly one after the other in quick succession without being allowed to dry in between. When I was put under a drier I had to share with another lady who then smudged my nails while removing her hands. What should have been a lovely relaxing treat for me was unpleasant, rushed and felt like a waste of money. Simply because the person doing it was rushing, and didn't even take the time to look at the finished result. I attempted to say I was not 100% happy but they simply just applied an extra coat, leaving the varnish bubbly and too thick to harden properly. How very very disappointing.

   Absolutely cannot recommend Perfect Nail Studio enough, every time I visit, I challenge them in their creativity and I’m never disappointed. I never feel rushed and just love the warm welcome they give. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - a 5⭐️ experience each and every time!

   Ok if you just want your nails done. They charged the same as other places. It you want your nails done well Don’t Go Here. If you follow trends and want interesting design Don’t Go Here. Definitely not the best Nail bar in the area. I am having to go somewhere else to get them fixed. As you can see from the photo haven’t cut in round the cuticle properly will grow out looking awful and the ombré is terrible. The cuticle issue get initially covered up by the oil they put on. The other persons I went with their nails are worse. Being busy is no excuse. Go somewhere else good enough is not ok.

   Really good service! Had old shellac removed and new shellac applied. Brilliant service from staff, no waiting time. The lady cut down my cuticles, added an extra coat of red shellac and a quick massage with hand lotion, all for £20!
