   Had two tyres replaced today, phoned in the morning and got quotes for fitting. The ones I wanted they hadn’t got in stock, told me that they could order them in for that afternoon and fit. Turned up, straight in and fitted within 20mins, superb service from a genuine firm. Don’t use the chain firms, stick with this local firm for a better service and experience.

   My partner bought in some ball joints that needed pressing out and new ones pressing in, he'd been to about 5 other garages in the area that couldn't do it, and they were done at Viking within a couple hours! Honestly can't thank you guys enough! Will 100% be recommending you to everyone!

   Great service from start to finish! Booked in our MOT & Service over the phone which was easy and they were super friendly. Dropped our car off for it to be done and was greeted with a lovely friendly chap who gave me all the info I needed regarding the day and I'd get a call when it was ready or if any work was needed! Went to collect it over at the other site they have as were happy to accommodate me wherever I wanted to get it from which was a lovely bonus! Will be booking back in to get some work done that needs doing! More than happy with this place since moving here! Thank you guys!

   I don't trust many garages (IN FACT NONE) although viking have managed to convert me. I have only dealt with them twice and on both occasions have been left more than happy with the service. The first occasion they went above and beyond to get me back on the road and didn't charge stupid amounts. The second was as a result of the first and once again, they actually told me not to have something done that I'd asked, as they said it wasn't needed. Many other places would have just done it anyway and charged. So I will use them again, they have become somewhere I feel I can trust.

   Just like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Viking Woodville. Visited them this morning had a flat tyre. (Nail in it) They told me they would have a look straightaway. Within 20 mins all sorted new tyre. Also they informed me it was under guarantee. Very polite and friendly staff and also very honest. Thank you
