   Their drivers seem to think they can take up multiple spaces from other road users. There were specific lorry spaces 25 yards away ALL of which were free yet they chose to park like this. Oxford Road Retail Park in Reading. 4th April 2024 12:46. As the response from the owner of the business shows, this company could not care less about their treatment of the general public.    1st time i have used Willmott's, very proffesional came back with a quote quickley, I called them direct to add some additional items on and place the order , friendly service and so easy to deal with. my order was delivered the next day, again friendly driver. It makes a great deal of difference when you get such good service together with resonable prices.and as such i would definately consider them to be my go to place for future orders.

   I am a self builder and was recommended Scott to supply my plastics for my house build. But to be sure I got quotes from 2 other recommended suppliers (I always get prices from 3 sources for all my build materials). Scott came back with a quote the quickest and it was the best value (although one of the other suppliers didn't even get back to me so just had 2 quotes to compare). Having seen their plastics on one of my neighbour's houses I knew they supplied quality products. Once ordered, the delivery was very swift and the products were the high quality that I expected. My build team have not finished checking and installing all the plastics yet but we have had no issues so far and I am confident that Scott would happily resolve any issues I may have in the future. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

   A had an awful experience using this company. I spend almost £10,000 with them. The amounts estimated were incorrect. My dealings with the owner Scott Willmott were extremely aggressive. Absolutely no regard for customer service. I will never use this company ever again!

   Absolutely no stars but this review requires me to give a star before this review can be posted. First I am called "Uppity" and "Getting above myself" by Scott Willmott for querying the fact that there were lots of issues with the products that were delivered not least because this company had the neck to deliver an empty box! The top of the box was cut and the cornices were lying on the bed of the lorry. Their so called experienced delivery man did not even notice he was delivering an empty box. It is no wonder we had to order well over the amount of cornices that this company estimated for the job! I will never deal with this company again!
