Great service. I ordered a radiator this morning because my boiler broke down. I was carrying a small child, and the service guy offered to carry my order to my car. Thank you so much for your help.
Poor management team and staff don’t have a clue what there doing
Ordering is now via in store tablets although one of the best systems I've used. Simple to order just click collect in store and then you can send the order to the till. The cashier was very polite and picked up the items swiftly. Great service!
Good hardware and building supplies company. If you think B&Q or Homebase but with the Argos service model you'll be close. Good range of stuff and cheap prices. Worth downloading their new app too. Still an excellent shop 9/22.
Best thing about screwfix is the service although they didn't stock what I wanted the staff pointed me in the right direction after an Internet search
Fabulous service from Andy (i think that was his name) I had to return an item and ended up making a couple of trips due to my fluorescent stip light not working properly He was very knowledgeable and super friendly An absolute gem I have never used screwfix before and was a little apprehensive because i wasnt exactly sure what i needed Was put at total ease and not made to feel like a stupid woman Will definitely be returning
Great service, I ordered for click and collect, I received a text within minutes saying that it was ready to collect. Went straight there, they took the code from the text, confirmed my name and the brought it straight out. Literally no waiting. Also the circular saw i purchased was great too.
Always reliable and well priced
This is my third home. The customer area may be small but the warehouse area is huge. I take advantage of both in-store browsing as well as click and collect. The staff are both courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are great and the product reviews are reliable. I have done returns without any fuss - goods were in good order
