   Iain went above and beyond to help us yesterday. He was extremely polite and helpful in finding the last item in stock we were looking for . Unfortunately it was not where it should have been on the shelf but instead of just saying they didn’t have it, Iain took the time to search the warehouse and managed to find it saving us loads of time trying to source it somewhere else. Thanks Iain, you made our day!!

   Iain was an absolutely fantastic staff member. Helped me find everything I needed and explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. If you need gardening or crafts supplies, this shop has plenty things to choose from at a decent price for the quality.

   Thanks for staying open till 8pm!. Got home at 6:40 pm and the boiler was off and wouldn't fire up, Needed a new thermocouple. Toolstation were open and had one In stock at a good price. Fantastic!.

   Placed an order for click and collect. Got the ready to collect text. Drove an hour to get it only to be told it's not available. Apparently they tried phoning me multiple times to tell me but my phone has no missed calls and the number is correct. The woman was lovely and apologetic. The older guy was blunt and rude.

   During my visit to the Toolstation at the Wycombe Trade Park branch, the store was very nice, clean and tidy. The shelves are was fully stocked and easy to access as there was big clear labels. The checkout staff was very friendly and very polite while serving and also asked to pack the bag. From the outside I thought it was going to be a small store but when I went inside it was a huge store with so many items to shop from. The store had a huge carpark that had several outlet stores in the retail park that were sharing the same car park.
