   I've used DVS Power Tools Ltd twice recently to purchase Dewalt Cordless Tools. My experience has been wonderful and the service provided outstanding. I'm going to single out one member of their team Eoin, who dealt with me with complete professionalism and a lot of understanding, when I had misordered the wrong products, which he put right without question, for which I am extremely grateful for. But apart from the exceptional service I encountered, DVS provide a wide range of products, priced very reasonably indeed, postage included, and next day delivery as well! Well done. If I need more tools again, I wouldn't hesitate for one second to use them again.

   Horrendous service. Customer agents with really bad attitude, refusal to admit responsibility, multiple calls daily, daily messaging on eBay and after nearly a week my parcel was finally delivered. They kept blaming the DPD but it's their couries and their responsibility to make sure the customer receiver their parcel. Do not recommend this company at all. This was the first and last time I've ever used them.
