   This store is badly managed. They have ‘manned’ tills that are never actually manned. Instead, they rely on 3 small self-service tills. I went in today and 1 of the 3 tills had an error. The only member of staff who appeared to be working (other than a security guard) did nothing about fixing this till, despite there being a queue of people. He only fixed it when I asked him to! They pay a full-time security guard to stand around, so absolutely nothing and offer no value whatsoever to the company. Whoever is managing this store shows no proactive initiative, critical thinking or basic store management skills.

   Easy peelers and raspberries were supplied mouldy despite being within the stated date. The level of mould present indicates spoilage well before sale. Products were unfit for consumption and raise concerns regarding storage conditions, stock rotation, and food safety standards.

   Don’t come in here often but there is a member of staff in there that smells atrocious. As this is a food store I would have thought that management would be hot on this and have hygiene standards! This is a regular thing as I’ve witnessed this for many months.

   Resunbuly big supermarket. Located on the outskirts of Reading Town Centre. This frozen food supermarket has lots of food choices at resunable prizes. The Isles are easy to get down. However, it can get crowded very quickly when busy. There is meter enough staff on tills, meaning queue can get very long before they open another till up

   I'm annoyed all I wanna do is buy a Tyson fury drink I need for work because I get really tired and I don't want the other Energy drinks because it's my choice. And they said I need ID and I showed that I have a badge for my job because you have be 16 to get a job and they still didn't let me buy it. Last time I didn't need ID for the Tyson fury drink but this time I need it for some reason I don't understand. The annoying thing is I can't get Tyson Fury drinks anywhere else other then Iceland. Unless someone knows where you can buy it from anywhere else. Hope you can sort this out ASAP.

As in line with the Iceland’s policy and standards the facility is first class with the customer first in mind. The product is of great variety and there are scores of bargains at discounted prices. There are two car parks in the vicinity- Chatham St Car park and The Mall Car Park. However, there’s a drop off and pick up points just outside the stores.
