Lovely staff and clean but £8 for a baguette!!!! Seriously EXPENSIVE for a chain such as this. No wonder it was really quiet. £18 to eat in for 2 sarnies and a brownie. Despite the nice food i won't be going to any pret again at this price.
Tasty, quick food. Always welcome with a smile of a staff member or a manager. Always fast and nice service. The management always makes sure everything is fine. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Good organic Americano coffee but not the greatest taste as it seems the beans are over roasted. The same goes for cappuccino. Orange and Apple Juice was fresh & tasted great. They have a range of sandwiches and other snacks too. Prices for what you get are on the higher side. The place is usually crowded inside and out. Service is quick and attentive. Enjoy your coffee every day ☕️
Few options for warm ready meals. Spicy soups. Noise environment and dispute for places in tables. Expensive. Tendency to offer asian sources, once this public seems to prefer this restaurant. Was better when the "mediterranean" style seemed to be their mark. That time is in the past.
Been here several times with my little Yorkie never been a problem because she sits in one place quietly. But now been asked to leave by manager out of nowhere because apparently "dogs aren't allowed" although pret doesn't have a no dog policy. The little dog wasn't bothering anyone and I just found it very rude and without good reason. We were also served burnt coffee that we didn't complain about. All in all a pretty bad experience here.
Drinks are absolutely disgusting! I have a subscription, but the individual prices of hot drinks are much higher than other coffee shops that make amazing coffees. I am not sure if the quality of the drinks on subscription is worse than of those paying the full price, but I will cancel the subscription for sure and never buy from pret again. Don't get fooled by the "good deal" subscription, for £25 I'll better drink 2 good coffees/week from Nero for example or somewhere else and really enjoy them.
Staff are just doing their job, not too lovely or absolutely rude. Food is great and everything in the bakery/fridge. However, here’s the catch. I have the PRET Coffee subscription and the drinks are horrendous. Hot chocolate tastes like water, matcha not blended properly and poor/bitter taste. Not happy about this. Please improve on your drink quality.
