Depends who you get behind the counter. I got someone who absolutely didn’t care about accepting my DHL post despite me following the DHL instructions. Was very crass about the whole thing and completely wasted my time. Horrifying service in this day and age
Great store and people running it. Some great finds in store to keep you going and hydrated. I only use this for collection but they have never let me down. Not sure what all the complaints are about as I have never experienced any problems and so great to have as a convenience to be able to collect parcels and maybe pick up a bottle of water or something on the way.
I occasionally send packages from this store without any problems. However, there was one instance when a package I had delivered to the store was lost. It was marked as received, but the store claimed it never arrived. The young man at the counter did look around and even called the owner to double-check if they had misplaced my package. Therefore, I can only base my judgment on that experience.
I’m my opinion this is a great shop after shopping here daily the shop keeper is very friendly and always will tell a joke that keeps me smiling

Don't expect getting a parcel if you have those this as a drop off service. The owner is rude and can't be bothered to run his shop properly. He across as all nice and friendly but unfortunately it is all fake. If you need a drink or food its probably ok but the guy running it is still one of those...

Products are of poor standard....Milk goes sour within 2 days of purchase but still in date! Chicken fridge raiders.....out of date.....Chocolate bars are white.....sells energy drinks to kids....never send a vulnerable person or child there as he or his wife will take advantage by trying to short change.....always check your change before leaving the shop and instead of confronting the shop owner just report to trading standards.....the abuse he gives when challenged, I personally wouldn't recommend It, there are others in the area who do not use this shop because of being robbed blind and his attitude
