   Turned up at 1950 to try and fuel up and there was 2 other guys and a girl there waiting for the pump to be switched on, 4 of us there for awhile before someone knocked on the window only for the elderly employee to completely ignore everyone and close the station early. Dont know if she was blind and deaf or just ignoring us. In either case she closed before 8.

   Rudest older woman ever, her attitude towards customers is disgusting. Went this evening to put air in my tyre, so when the machine decided to switch off half way through air i went to the window as door was closed...sunday 7:45pm closes at 8. She had told 3 other customers she was closed, one customer came out the main door so i went in and she proceeded to tell me she was closed as her boss said she can shut early to mop the floors, she turned away 7-8 customers at 7:50 and was getting very angry. Disgusting attitude and ahiuld not be in customer service!!

   Closed 10 minutes early today 20th July 2025. Clearly states that it closes at 8pm. There were me and 3 other guys there, and we were chapping on the window to get the ladies attention, but she completely ignored us. Absolutely shocking. Get her sacked. Never seen such poor service from a petrol station. That your moto? Ignore customers and shut early?

   I work at airport so it’s good pit stop for fuel and other stuff including pay point for top up, best place for fuel but worse customer service. Especially an employee named Linda, on everyone occasion why I went for top up the card through paypoint, her excuse is it’s broken or she is not trained to do it or so..and the amount of swearing she does is another level while at work

   Drove nearly two hours from south to pick up at the airport. Popped in to get something to drink. Refused to sell me a bottle of water as didn’t have any change and I wanted to pay using a £10 note. That’s not my problem really, you should run your store better and have the tools you need (ie change) to complete the basic function of selling stuff to customers. Happy Christmas to you too!
