   Love the store. However staff are very keen in showing how to use self scanner. And scanned all my items for me. Told me to pay then gave me my receipt. By doing this they charged me for an extra item I didn't have. And I was not able to see that my multibuy discount hadn't been added until I got home.

   I love Wilko! A great shop with all that you need for the home at good prices. Park Farm Wilko is one of the better stores. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

   Had to visit for garden attachments.... Again the choice is poor compared to what it used to be.. Not the same value for money that it used to be. Sadly I tend to shop elsewhere now. Don't like the way it's going. Used to love the shop.

   Staff informed me of the whereabouts of the product I required.Self service function was aided by a member of staff as I had several items of Clearance stock. Overall a quick & easy shopping experience.

   Good all round shop of everyday items. Usually a little cheaper than supermarket prices. Can be a pain at checkout as usually only 1 in use and for some reason don't always open self service checkouts. That being said still worth a visit for the savings it offers.

   Has gone a little downhill over the last couple years tbh. Seem to be less staff and definitely less choice of stock, such that there is now. Staff are great but feel this branch has been a bit forgotten in favour of the main one in Derby city centre.

   I often visit your Park Farm branch because it is well stocked, good layout and pleasant place to shop. I feel very sorry for the sales people working on the shop floor having to put up with all the abuse they receive from aggressive and rude customers. I know from experience that that shop work is stressful enough in 'normal times' but at the moment it can be awful. Anyway, keep up the good work and let's hope when this pandemic is over that all shop workers get the credit and appreciation we deserve xx

   Large shop with plenty of shoppers. Sadly, management consider having only one till open is acceptable. Plenty of staff hovering around but tills not important eh? I left the item I was planning to purchase and went to Savers next door!
