Lost my parcel for over a week. Said would call me when came in, didn’t. Duty manager over promises and under delivers, poor customer service, won’t use again.
How EXPENSIVE..is this place! cheaper to drive .... and will ... Compare Premier and Co-op,, cheaper to get an UBER.. and certainly nicer staff attitude than in Co-op .
Need Ibuprofen urgently today, went in to get only one bottle of it, but been told I need id to buy it. Unfortunately I didn't bring id with me because I rushed to the shop. The staff won't let me buy it. This is very ridiculous! Never come across this before. Then I went to pharmacy, they sold double size ibuprofen, and didn't ask me id!
The shop is always clean and tidy here Most of the staff are friendly and helpful The Availability throughout the company lacks in stock though . But overall a good place to shop
Having visited 11 months ago to return a parcel via Hermes (now Evri ). I went again to the store and canned my QR code to send a packageless parcel only to be advised that that store does not process, despite Evri saying on website it did. I then went to next store who accepted it but stuck label on item which i'm sure was not correct (Premier) Why these stores offer part facilities i cannot understand, either do it fully or not
Tried to pop in at 9:30pm Friday. Closed not the first time. If you pop in after 9 tills shut and the staff chatting sitting on the work area. Don't think the "manager" cares. Very unprofessional and not what you expect. Co op sort it out.
The staff are not trained in any kind of good customer service. They give the impression of being annoyed or inconvenienced by the customers they serve. The manager and assistant managers are condescending and arrogant. The staff are clearly miserable and that effects their services. I used to work there and the policies and rules make your work hours terrible. So a lot of the blame goes higher-up the chain than just some moody staff.
I often come here as I work near by as a key worker and also live near by and always quote liked the shop, but the lack of respect from the staff towards customers is appalling, I went and there wasn’t one member even inside the shop towards closing as they were all stood outside having a cigarette by the front door not adhering to social distancing at all. And then continued to comment about me and laugh like children as I left with what I paid for at the self service. I have also on number our occasions gone to the shop near closing and it has been closed early. Definitely will not be returning.
