the indian guy at the pay desk looks like he has been affected with frost bite poisoning!!! he told me three times now he was very cold!!! the best way i keep surviving that is how i get my mushroom cuppa soup and onion rings and garlic supplements plus making my own food and drinks more so and pharmacy cold and flu medicine!!! and really trying to be telling it like it is to the suspects than being too scared and not saying anything!!!

Suppose to be a community shop but has the rudest staff and no community Spirit . Went to collect parcel and some groceries . When I asked to collect parceli was grunted at and then he said the system closes 30 mins before shop closes . I know this to be a lie as i collect parcels frequently and closer to closing before . I left without buying anything and won't return or will my family or.friends in the street . When profits are hit maybe customer service and community spirit will return or new owner with these qualities.

Rudest shop I have ever been to in the UK! I have used this shop many times for collecting my Amazon parcels, never came across someone working her who is a bit nice! As if they are selling stuff for free! Barely reply to a Hello. Extremely unfriendly and rude service. Wont use this shop again

Click and collect is a big inconvenience to them and is shows... Really rude Once gave me someone else parcel. Yesterday turned mine away as 3ft by 2ft. I would collected in 5 min . Don't use

A ‘convenience’ store that really lives up to its name! Great opening times, wide range of items and helpful staff.

Rudest service I have experienced in a shop. Was only going to collect a parcel. Would now never go back under any circumstances.
