Anybody serve in this shop? Stood at the self service for staff approval for fifteen minutes and no-one came over. Another guy stood at the till waiting as well. One staff member too busy stacking shelves, and another two at the back having a chin wag.
What a shambles, worst staff manners around.Stock levels are poor and the prices are so high , I would sooner walk half a mile to the next shop ,at least I know I can buy a bottle of milk there.
Whatever as happened to Tesco, the staff are very ignorant, I told one of the staff the service till was out of order today and she wasn't interested. Last week a member of staff needed to learn some manners who employs these people ? Last time I shop in there.
No manners , didn't ask what I wanted , no can I help you , just stood there staring , no thankyou after I paid . Oh yes had to look at the screen to find out how much . More interested in having a conversation with her colleague. Marg... you need a customer service refresher
Staff are lovely, first off no complaints there but every time you go to pay for items that are reduced to clear the prices aren't as advertised. I take advantage of items I see cheaper and buy a few items only for me to notice that the prices don't match. I think it's more than a coincidence for how often it happens. Even the prices of other items often don't match so constantly having to challenge staff which is an inconvenience to them and other shoppers.
Staff are so help ,was on sure of a meal they gave me ideas of a weekly menu, the rastafarian member of staff was just so helpful he is always helpful thank you alvaston a.
Since this changed from One Stop to Tesco there is much much less choice plus if you don’t have a club card you’ll royally get your pants pulled down on pricing. The only thing that’s good is the staff are all friendly.
One stop was better, went in for some cash, cash machine hasn't been switched on since it opened on the 25th, so 4 days. bought something just to get some cash back, was told at the till they don't do cash back anymore. Great, so need to go to a decent shop just to get cash out. products seem more expensive. club card didn't scan even tho the cashier said it did. wont be going back. also just noticed on website it says its wheelchair accessible, it isn't . no electric doors. just big old heavy doors. I would've thought in this day and age wheelchair users would be taken more into consideration. shame on tesco.
Well stocked, Reasonably priced local convenience store. Friendly staff and open good hour.
