Nice big store, well laid out. Made last minute Christmas shopping easy. Staff were friendly, lady called Aki was helpful in locating some items, thank you. Parking was very busy though.

Parking is difficult at peak times - space and access to the site....good selection of produce with decent quality.... ....make sure you have a barcode on the loose produce - my spring onions had no barcode and the teller bought back some celery....

As you’d expect for an M&S, well stocked and good quality. What lets this store down though is the amount of litter that’s in the car park. Every time we go say how scruffy it looks for relatively new store. It wouldn’t take more than an hour to get round and make it look 10 times better.

Fabulous cathedral, and just because it’s in a provincial town, don’t think it’s going to be smaller or second rate. It’s huge, very ornate inside and well worth a visit.

It's awful. I brought some flowers yesterday and had to throw half of them away. It's not worth the £20 you pay. Maybe they could use fresh flowers in their bouquets? Or even just watering them would be a good idea. It's undoubtedly not that hard. It's a shame, as this isn't the first time I have had this problem when purchasing from the store.

Lovely clean shop with plenty of room around the aisles. Good selection of produce, really enjoyed the new potatoes for a pound. Only issue was the traffic queues caused by Costco which need sorting, as this has been going on for some time and causing complete chaos for other shoppers to other outlets.

I am greatly impressed by the amount of effort they have made to acknowledge and represent the history of this location. The railway history has been well presented. A nice range of products and produce. The right place for that treat.

Who ever is the architect & design team/company behind these new stores really need to take into account when designing the floor plan out, to take extra consideration to the outside planning ie car park / goods in delivery area because this new store lacks the consideration for lgv vehicles delivering, its been observed that the delivery vehicles take a route around the public car park to access the goods in bay! & not good where the store employees cannot park there own vehicles on the store car park because there is a timed parking fee! Not good as you would expect better from a company like M&S, just take a look at lidl or ALDI for whom have an suitable unloading bay at many of its stores. The inside is very modern.
