Remarkably, the price was competitive with mainstream brands like John Lewis, offering incredible value for a custom design. Amrit and his team of skilled subcontractors—builders and electricians—were professional, considerate, and a pleasure to have around, especially since I was living in the house during the renovation. The project was completed on time, and Amrit was always just a phone call away, ready to address any questions or concerns.    Have to say we are super pleased with the actual kitchen and also with the price we paid for it. Amrit and his designer were very good when we first started our journey with them. Amrit gave us ideas that worked better than other kitchen companies we had engaged with. Unfortunately, our building work got delayed and hence the kitchen could not be fitted when booked in with the fitter. Just a point to note – the fitters are independent contractors so have their own schedule. Due to the build delay the fitting got delayed by a further 2 weeks so that was annoying but worth the wait in the end. Only reason we have not given 5 stars is that we got a Bora hob from QSI – and the installation was painful. Parts were missing or not ordered etc and we ended up using a recirculating box until the Bora ducting to go out of our house could be sorted. That took a while. Also the fitter's attitude was not the best especially with regards to the Bora installation. We also had a couple of kitchen furniture bits missing and hence had to wait a couple of months before that got completed. Overall super pleased but the after sales service especially with the Bora could have been better.

   Really happy with QSI! Amrit and Kate have been very helpful and managed to get us a beautiful kitchen we always dreamt of but didn’t charge an arm and a leg for it - like all the other companies we approached tired to do ! We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone. They have a good selection of branded and non branded kitchens so it can suit any budget. They have worked really hard on the design and made sure we were 100% happy with it - even though we kept going back and forth with new ideas and requests. They’ve always been very patient and accommodating and made the whole process enjoyable. Great people to work with.

   We love our new kitchen from Queen Street Interiors. We had an idea of what we wanted, but Kate worked with us through several designs to get every detail right, and she made some great suggestions on appliances and specific units (like a really useful broom cupboard with half-depth shelves for our tiny corner space). QSI had a great selection of unit doors, worktops, and handles to choose from, so we were able to add some nice details that we really love. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that the installation took much longer than planned, with us having to chase and reschedule with our fitter a lot which was stressful. But the quality of the installation was top-notch, and Amrit ensured that any snags were successfully dealt with. We've been using the kitchen for a year now and are 100% happy with the final result. Thank you!

   Queen Street Interiors Amrit and Kate between them provide a very high level of service and are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Even when a couple of minor issues cropped up they didn't duck the issue or disappear, but made sure that they were all resolved entirely to our satisfaction. We have had a number of people commenting on the kitchen and have recommended Queen Street Interiors to our friends. I have no hesitation in giving Amrit the highest recommendation as he provides great kitchens at great prices and a first rate service experience from start to finish. Sorry if this sounds like an advert but they really are that good!
