   I highly recommend Larry Vince at CBD Kitchens Iver he is brilliant 10 out of 10 for customer service excellent designer as well he is not a pushy salesperson he made sure we were happy with everything he designed before we committed to buying he spent a lot of time with us he achieved exactly what we wanted the end result is stunning we love it thank you Larry and also a big thank you to Steve Garner the kitchen fitter his work is amazing if anyone wants to upgrade there kitchen go to CBD Kitchens EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Firstly, it is important to state that we now have a beautiful kitchen/diner which we are very happy with. Purchasing our kitchen from CBD was straightforward and Rob, who we initially worked with, really listened to understand our needs and consequently presented us with a great proposal for the kitchen which meant we would have much more space. We borrowed different colours of cupboards, worktops and splash backs to see them in situ to help make our decisions. We were advised that the kitchen would take at least 3 weeks to complete, which included the minor building works and the new flooring. 1 week was allowed for each of dismantling/preparation, fitting/finishing, and flooring, with the onyx worktop planned between fitting/finishing and flooring. CBD work with a regular builder, fitter and flooring company, and they informed us that they would take the responsibility to liaise with these tradespeople & vendors for all the work to ensure the project would run smoothly. Not needing to project manage the kitchen installation was important to us as we both work full time during the week. We did experience some communication breakdowns which could easily have been overcome if the project had been led a little more from CBD. The builder & fitter that were used, worked in a systematic, efficient manner to a very good standard, and were very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the kitchen cabinets that were delivered and fitted were the incorrect size, which was only evident once installed and we found that items we specifically wanted to store in them did not fit. The supplier had delivered the default depth cabinets, but had specifically requested, and the order confirmed, that we wanted wall cupboards that were 5cm deeper. Frustratingly these all had to be removed, with new ones ordered and fitted, all of which added time to the installation, which had already exceeded the 3 week plan. The company that fitted the onyx tops were clean and tidy, unfortunately the breakfast bar top had a hair line crack right across the top of the onyx which was only visible when it was placed in situ prior to fitting. This required them to remake it and fit the following week, which again added time to the overall installation, but to be fair to the company they did this without complaint and to a good standard. In addition, early on, the flooring company called us to understand if the work was starting. Our clear expectation was that CBD were fully in charge of planning and arranging mobilisation, and would be contacting the flooring company once we placed our order. As a result of this, there was a 1 week hiatus after fitting the kitchen and before the flooring was installed as they no longer had fitters available in the week after kitchen fitting. This again added extra time as they were unable to follow on immediately from the fitting and building work. The kitchen took c.6 weeks to complete. We are fortunate that we work from home, but this would have been a very different outcome if we were working away at an office. Whenever there was an issue, on contacting CBD, they were quick to respond and resolve the situation. They are a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone who asks us. However communication needs to be really precise and understanding/expectations need double checking to ensure that everyone is on the same page. (Hence awarding a 4 Star Rating) In conclusion, the quality of the kitchen is great, CBDs creative design and visioning of the space we had available was inspired. We love using the new kitchen. It is now a much more spacious and airy area to cook, and as it flows through to the dining room, it is a great space for eating and entertaining.

   We recently purchased a new kitchen from CBD Kitchens in Frimley. Larry & Robert were very helpful from the beginning, providing useful design ideas to make our build and the kitchen bespoke to our needs. We certainly benefitted from the many years of experience both have in designing and delivering new kitchens. They provided excellent support and customer service during and after the kitchen installation. Any problems were immediately rectified to make the installation as smooth as possible. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would be happy to recommend CBD Kitchens.

   Design process worked very well. Order process worked fine and installation was mostly smooth. The issues arose from the degree of coordination between installer, builder,flooring company, but the eventual outcome 7 months after beginning the process is stunning. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. CBD is a good company to do business with.

   Would thoroughly recommend CBD KItchens. From the moment we walked in and Robert sat us down, listened to our requirements, and then spent time sharing and designing what we could get. He made many little recommendations that clearly would bring the kitchen to life and make it easier for us - a drawer for plates, etc - not just a bottom level cupboard difficult to reach for example. We had Valentin fit our kitchen. I knew someone that had used him recently and had been impressed. He did not disappoint. Very thorough and considerate and did an excellent job with great pride in what he did - no quick "earn his money and depart" Thoroughly impressive service all round. Thanks

   Very happy with our new kitchen from CBD. We got a huge amount of advice, patience and expertise from Larry, Hollie and James which helped us to get the absolute best from our new kitchen. Steve did a brilliant job fitting the kitchen expertly. Excellent service and product. Can wholeheartedly recommend CBD kitchens.

   Overall, we were very disappointed with CBD kitchens and their service. The design stage initially went very well and our designer was very accommodating to our requirements. However, things started to go wrong the very first day work was meant to start. The fitters didn’t turn up due to CBD not having the paperwork ready. We received the incorrect sink design and a tower unit that was larger than what we ordered. Instead of admitting fault for the latter, they insisted it was by design without giving an explanation as to why they ordered a larger unit, at least not until months later after asking multiple times. Their solution was to cut the larger unit to the size of the one we had originally ordered. To top it off, they had also ordered a door what was not the correct size. We decided to use CBD’s contractors hoping that they would be able to coordinate things better. The electricians were woeful, removing light bulbs in our other rooms and never putting them back in. They also left cables hanging and sockets loose in the kitchen, and when we confronted CBD, they suggested the kitchen was ready to use. The quality of the appliances supplied by CBD was also poor. Our extractor fan was malfunctioning upon installation and CBD told us we would have to deal with it, after their fitters threw away all the relevant paperwork. This meant having to chase them again to get the contact details and waiting to get it repaired. The sink they provided and installed had a lot of flex and was not installed properly, creating a gap between the kitchen counter top and the sink which could allow water through. CBD insisted it was not a problem and that their sink was the best quality, even when we showed them how much the sink moved. It took two months for someone to fix it properly and close the gap. The fit and finish was also not to the standard we expected given how much we spent. Doors were mismatched in size or not aligned properly, and it took us highlighting these several times for them to be resolved. While the kitchen now looks fine, it was stressful dealing with CBD and we had to be persistent for issues to be resolved, leading to delays. We were hoping to have our kitchen fully ready in anticipation of a few upcoming celebrations (birthdays, Diwali and Christmas). Their manager always kept insisting that everything was fine or by design, even when we highlighted various faults. We would not recommend CBD kitchens. It’s also worth noting that they took negative reviews down as soon as we mentioned them, and they suggested that the reviews were not directed at them despite one specifically mentioning the manager being pushy, which we also observed. Update (06/09/2022): In response to CBD's reply to this review, I would like to highlight that were no outbreaks of Covid at our place during the period CBD were meant to be working on our kitchen. The only time we had to isolate was in December, after my father had returned from holiday, more than a month after all the work was meant to have completed. This didn't lead to all the delays during the refitting (September to November) but to remedial work from poor workmanship that still needed rectification. This is not a surprising comment from them given their history of making excuses. Regarding the issue with the extractor, I would like to remind CBD that the fitters threw away the relevant paperwork before we were told we would have to register the appliances separately.

   We could not have been more satisfied with the service we recieved from CBD kitchens. We found them very professional and accommodating from start to finish. Robert made some very useful design ideas which other kitchen companies said they could not do. Our fitter Simon was very efficient and kept us up to date with all that he was doing from start to finish . He arrived on time daily and did a full days work.He even came on his day off to make sure the kitchen would be finished on time. Robert visited regularly to over see the instilation which we found very reassuring. We also used the flooring specialist recommended by CBD kitchens who did an excellent job. Would highly recommend CBD kitchens .
