Went in to grab some Christmas Cigars for me and my Dad, staff were lovely and very helpful! Cigars are excellent quality and I will definitely be returning in the new year to get some suggestions for some more adventurous types and flavours!

Conrad is such a helpful, knowledgable.and friendly guy I look forward to seeing him every time I pop by !! Great selection of cigars and tobacco , our go to. Sometimes when Conrad isn't there a guy called Miguel will be there who is a fountain of knowledge and great guy.
Came here before our cruise for some cigars. What an absolutely great experience. Had a couple of smokes outside while we chilled. They guys were absolute legends and their knowledge is second to none. Konrad was cracking us up with his jokes. Such a great experience and I would definitely drive down to Southampton from London just to see these guys again and get more cigars.

I haven't left a review online for years but I definitely have to today.. I have smoked cigars for years but recently got into pipe smoking and have only tried a couple of flavours so wanted some help from a experienced tobacconist. I dropped into W White's today as I was in the area and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I got advice about what sort of pipe tobacco he suggested after letting him know what I have already tried and he knew exactly what to recommend. With an added bonus of not having a "turn their nose up at you" attitude that I've sadly experienced in quite a few cigar/tobacconist shops in the past. Thanks for all the help and although not local, I'll definitely be purchasing from these gents for the foreseeable future.

Had a few friends visit and praise this place so much. My god, they were right. The second we got there the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what we were looking for without us saying a word. Incredible, will definitely be returning. What a lovely place and what an amazing cigar, looking forward to having the second one tomorrow night.
Excellent and friendly service. Owner was very happy to guide me in buying my first pipe as well as show me the ropes of packing it. Highly recommended.
