   Ordered surprise groceries bag on too good to go app to be collected from here. An hour before pick up I was contacted to ask if I wanted a second bag for same price as first, I declined as first order on app so wanted to see if would be useful first as money tight. The instant I declined the second bag, and despite them still being advertised there on the app, I received a message that there were no bags available and my money would be refunded, which it wasn't. Absolute waste of time won't try the app again just ended up with no groceries and no money back.

   Great staff members, all really helpful and knowledgeable! Shop always looks great and has a good selection of products with good availability. Love the fact they have a Costa machine, saves me going into an actual coffee shop with long queues! Parcel service is great not had any issues so far! I use this shop at least 4/5 times a week with never any issues and always have a chitchat with the staff!

   Always friendly and helpful, whether I’m picking up parcels or just grabbing a few bits. One staff member in particular (usually with her hair in a bun) is always especially kind, quick to help, and up for a laugh — she’s friendly with everyone and makes each visit that bit nicer ☺️

   I use this store almost daily and I am always greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff have a laugh with you and make you feel welcomed into the store unlike other shops I have used previously. I’ve sent multiple parcels with this store and also picked parcels up and every time it has been a very easy process, never any issues whatsoever! Definitely will continue to use the store for parcels and for anything else that I need on a daily basis.

   I use this shop regularly, it isn’t my local shop but I use it for its numerous facilities in store. This shop is a fast paced shop always busy but I must say it’s impressively managed . The manager Gina , I believe is her name , is extremely friendly and always helpful as are the other staff. On several occasions I have required help as I have poor mobility and the help was received with a smile . The staff go out of their way to make each visit as easy as they can and I’m always impressed with how organised every thing is. Everything is accessible and clearly advertised, the deals recently are sometimes better than the larger chains too. Overall a fantastic shop with amazing staff . Well done Morrisons .
