I stayed here for a wedding. The hotel "upgraded" me to a room with a window, which didnt open. The room itself was tiny with no real amenities, and while it had all instrictly needed, it would have been nice if the heating systen was more intuitive, despite setting it to heat the room up to 25 degrees the air-conditioning only blew air, no heat. I can't give a bad rating as the hotel wasn't strictly bad, but for what I got i do feel it might be a tad overpriced.

Tiny rooms with stains all over the wall barely any room to move around, smells of cannabis around the property and to top that off upon arrival I’ve been informed that the car park is chargeable at Β£12.50 a day fee. After informing the receptionist regarding the lack of information I’ve been told to read the β€œsmall print” on the booking website. Tried to cancel the booking through booking.com but I’ve been informed by the receptionist that it would be declined anyway and I would not be reimbursed. Rude staff just walked away telling me he had something else to do. Only positive ish attribute is the location 15 min walk to town.

I have never in my life encountered a hotel as appalling as Easy Hotel. But the absolute worst part? The manager. This person is a textbook example of how not to run a hotel. From day one, he was aggressive, rude, and downright abusive to guests. He swore at people for asking legitimate questions, yelled at staff in front of customers, and made the entire atmosphere feel like a hostile prison. The room itself was horrific: filthy floors, a mattress that could barely be called a mattress, and a bathroom that seemed to harbor its own ecosystem of mold and decay. But nothing prepared me for the manager’s behavior. When I raised concerns about cleanliness and safety, he laughed in my face, called me unreasonable, and made threats that left me genuinely scared. I witnessed him verbally assault other guests, throw things in rage, and completely disregard any semblance of professionalism. Staff clearly feared him, and guests were walking on eggshells just trying to survive a stay. At one point, he even attempted to block me from leaving the property when I demanded a refundβ€”and refused when I asked. This is not management; it’s intimidation and harassment. Easy Hotel isn’t just poorly run; it’s actively dangerous. If you value your safety, your dignity, and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. The manager embodies everything wrong with the hospitality industry, and staying here will only result in stress, anger, and possibly physical confrontation.

i have stayed in the hotel for a few days and it has been absolutely fabulous. I have experienced great facilities and the service from the staff has been amazing. i paid a good price which i didnt expect too much from but the room has all your essentials and i have nothing to complain about. I saw many bad reviews which felt as if they were absolute nonsense and that price you pay suits the accommodation. Ill definetely stay here again. Thank you

I lived in here for a few months in 2021. I made friends with a staff members, as they all were nice and friendly. It was always a pleasure to be there, in this very clean and tidy place. The rooms are with ensuite bathrooms and toilets. The nights are quiet and very cosy. What else we can dream off?... And I always had the nicest dreams there.

This is my first time ever dropping a review but I have to. When I came the room I booked was small with no windows so I upgraded. The staffs were so nice and accommodating as I just came straight from the Airport, even earlier than my check in time. It’s worth the money I must say! Decent, neat! And the staffs are wayy attentive and nice. I have to give it to Frank and Angelica! One of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!!!!

It's a decent budget hotel, there are a few things you need to know. The rooms are tiny (I have a tent with more space) so you'll want to be on your own or with someone you know really well. The bathroom is kinda part of the bedroom. There's a door but it's glass - again you'd best be solo or with a really good buddy/partner. The stairs are steep and I don't think there's a lift. Some rooms have no windows and although my room was double, the bed was pushed up against the wall. I had to sit in the bed to do my hair and makeup because the mirror is right next to it. There are no flat surfaces apart from a tiny shelf next to the bed and no chair. But it was clean, the bed comfy and the staff lovely. I was only in town for a night so it was perfect really. I didn't need any more.

Rooms way smaller than they seemed online. Booked a room with no windows which I would never suggest to anyone, as there is no Aircon control. As with all easyjet things, everything came at an extra cost. Not worth the money, might as well pay the extra for a premier Inn

Air conditioned rooms. soundproofed (or at least I hope they were for other the sake of other guests). Nice shower. Clean bed, clean towels. You can have alot of fun in an easy hotel and u deffo get what you pay for. Would recommend for couples wanting to get some privacy and time together
