   We had an absolutely wonderful stay , it is beautifully decorated thorough out, very peaceful. Extremely comfortable. We also got treated to breakfast, which gave an extra touch of home from home. We were visiting for my sisters big birthday party, which was a stones throw away. It’s a little gem, and now we’ve found it we’re hoping to use it each visit. We took our little doggy too. Who also love the peace and fantastic walks around the estate, highly recommend this coach house excellent on every level. Thank you Diane x

   This home is my bolt hole when I am working near Basinstoke, I just love it, I have been back three times for work and once for a weekend with my better half. I will be back and the reason for this is that the house is clean, calm, quiet and warm. In addition it is filled with thoughtful touches and lovely decor and the owners are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Every piece of equipment for a long or short stay is provided and there is always fresh milk, butter, eggs and bacon left for breakfast as well as cereals. There is a dedicated parking space and a really nice shop within easy walking distance. There are also plenty of places to eat out nearby but I prefer to cater for myself. The shower is great and the bed is comfortable - frankly what more could you want.

   An amazing stay in a beautiful home. Diane went above and beyond to make our stay a happy one. The whole flat smells divine, it’s clean and beautifully furnished with added little extras everywhere. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to our friends and family.    I rented 17 Brockham Grange (The Coach House) for my son and daughter-in-law because our home was ‘full’ with other family members. Diane could not have been more helpful. The property is immaculate and extremely well equipped. Breakfast items were also provided. My son and his wife were extremely impressed and happy with my choice. We will undoubtedly rebook if a similar future need arises and can heartily recommend to others seeking a one bedroom home from home.

   Having loved the first stay so much, came back for a birthday getaway. Diane was amazing, went out of her way to decorate the house with flowers/balloons etc. Everything was amazing. It really feels like a home away from home. Will definitely be coming back!

   Whatever I say about this place will not do it justice. The host Diane is amazing in terms of communication. The place is beautiful. A very modern and clean apartment with all these great little touches like sweets, books, stocked up fridge and more. A detailed folder on places of where to go and eat. Small desk downstairs if you need to work, nice little patio out the back, great open plan kitchen and living room. Bedroom and bathroom are immaculate. It has served as a great mini escape/retreat for me on a few occasions and is always impeccable. It's not massive but doesn't need to be when accommodating 2. Diane responds to feedback and left me a birthday balloon on my special day, provided an outdoor lamp and replies promptly to messages. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will be staying myself again - thank you Diane, truly a super host and wonderful human being.
