Very nice hotel. Good size room and very comfortable. Shower cubical wasn’t exactly is the best of conditions as leaked onto the floor. Nice size bathroom with separate shower and bath. Hotel restaurant breakfast was very nice and so were the evening meals. If staying at the hotel the tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna and gym were free to use. Parking was ample and free. They even had charging points for electric cars. Would definitely stay there again.

October 2025 I recently stayed at the Hampshire Court Hotel for 6 nights and had a positive experience. Dylan truly stood out; keeping the minibar well-stocked, and swiftly resolving any issues with a level of professionalism that went above and beyond. Scott was equally impressive, always polite, attentive, and thorough in addressing any concerns with care. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, though they can get a bit warm since there’s no climate control; however, fans are provided to help keep things comfortable. They look a little dated and could do with an upgrading. The hotel’s location is convenient for access to the M3 and M4 motorways. Additionally, I took my nephew and niece swimming, and we had a wonderful time in the pool, which was clean, warm, and enjoyable. Overall, the service and amenities made for a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend the hotel!

Our cousin Gosh took us for a swim at the Hampshire Court Hotel. We loved every minute of our visit to the hotel. We enjoyed both swimming pools . We used sauna and it was amazing and so relaxing . Everywhere was clean and tidy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Joshua welcomed us on main reception and other Joshua sorted us out at leisure reception desk . After swim we went to the bar to have a drink and relax . Shame it was too cold to sit outside and enjoy our drink as courtyard looks amazing , flowers are so pretty. We loved every moment of our visit . We would love to thank you to all for making our visit so special. We definitely will be back.

The hotel was absolutely lovely. As a wheelchair user, I get anxious about going to new places but this hotel is 100% disabled friendly. Although I didn't have a disabled room, the room I had was very spacious and I was still able to use my wheelchair in it easily. It was very clean, the food was delicious (although slightly expensive), and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place for a lovely little retreat, the spa facilities were really nice and also wheelchair friendly!

Lovely few days break here as a returning guest were I visited a few years back. Checked in with Lovely reception staff very welcoming. I only had a slight issue on 1 day regarding the restaurant staff but went to the reception who delt with it so promptly and thank you again to the operational manager for the restaurant who again delt with the issue I had. Rooms cleaned daily with Lovely staff was another bonus. The spa treatments i had done buy a lovely lady named Lana was fantastic. I will be returning again very soon.

A mother and daughter spa day with afternoon tea and a 25-minute neck, back, and shoulder massage. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who showed us the facilities. Afternoon teas was served on time and was nice. There are some works being done to one of the pools. However, the day was pretty quiet and relaxing. Steam, sauna, and pool areas were not busy, and the work being carried out did not spoil our day. The only downside is that you have to get a key from reception to use one of the rooms to shower, as the showers were out of use in changing rooms. The massage was very nice and we both felt very relaxed after.

Staff were really friendly but unfortunately so understaffed, 1 on reception trying to check in everyone at 3pm. Rooms not ready so given drinks voucher but only 1 poor young girl working the bar and trying to take snack orders on her own, with a function on with approx 1000+ people arriving, so VERY long bar queues.

We visited Hampshire Court using a spa experience voucher that we had, from the moment we arrive all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. We found all areas to be clean and tidy and the facilities are pretty decent. Enjoyed the separated adult/kids pool element and there are plenty of different seating areas inside and out for a relaxed break. Lunch were included in our deal and I had expected it to be a bit on the light/tight side, it weren't and was a really decent meal in the end. Ample parking outside too and easy to find being signposted from the main road.

Spa morning here with family members so did not stay over or access rooms. Service good, friendly and helpful people all round hotel and spa. Swimming pool absolutely warm much to our surprise. Changing areas were clean and tidy. Light lunch was nice and the pudding - vanilla cheesecake was the best I have eaten for quite a while!
