    Extremely rude man. He is generally, very unfriendly but this evening refused to give me my parcel as said he was closed even if all the open signs were on. A man then came in after me and bought something.

    Extremely rude gentleman in shop this evening. Went to collect a parcel, joined the queue but when it came to my turn I was told to leave and get out as he had to give someone a lift. Very rude in his manner.
