   UPS Access Point that is not accepting any of the parcels ! Apparently due to technical problems but looking at previous comments this is not the first time . Avoid this shop as its no use for UPS Drop offs.

   The shop claims to be a UPS Access Point, but for the second time, I was turned away by a customer assistant who said they didn’t have space. I tried to explain, as I had done during my previous visit, but the assistant was extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to let me speak. I will be reporting this to UPS, and I believe their license should be revoked.

   I went to Alberto's to pick up a package at 5:50pm. I went with my dog so I didn't go in but went to the window instead. The keeper came out and told me in he won't give me my package coz he's closing the shop now and I should come back tomorrow. He blatantly refused to give me my package even though officially the shop closes at 7:30pm. What a joke!

   My experience of Albertos consisted of picking up a package. In my time there it looked like it had all weird and wonderful things. When I came out I smelt fresh air again.

   Hidden little gem. Like an old school tuck shop, I was blown away by the selection of drinks, some really difficult to find classics! And they have Lays crisps. And a wide selection of sweets you just can’t find. A must visit.
