   Always people with trolleys filled to the brim and not enough staff on tills for those of us with one or two items to buy. They usually call for extra staff though. I wish people would stop squeezing loaves and shoving them back, seeing where the freshest ones are? I'm sure they are all the same. Always biddies...squashing squeezing fruit a veg! Leave the stock alone!

   Just went into this store, which is my local and I shop regularly in. Tonight I left very sad as some of the staff were laughing at me whilst I was shopping, I heard them over their chats. Girl with blue hair was packing her shelves, which was the area I was looking at. She turned around several times, eventually I said hi...she ignored me and spoke in her ear piece. I work in retail and this customer service is not acceptable

   Much better since the refit in the summer. Staff hard working & happy to help as always. Best item I get is the oriental stir fry and olive oil. Would give a five if they bring add German bread to their range.
