   Do not be put off by the unprepossessing exterior, a warm welcome awaits you here. The room we had was modern, comfortable and immaculate. The food at dinner and at breakfast was well above expectations and presented with care and skill by the charming chef, Dave. Manager Michael was equally charming and welcoming. Put all that together and you have a most enjoyable overall experience at an extremely reasonable price. If you don’t require the flattering trappings of an impersonal hotel, stay here.

   Had a wonderful birthday weekend at Elizabeth House Hotel with family and friends. Michael and his wife were very welcoming and the food was lovely. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing I would like to see changed is the steps into the garden which are quite high. However I know that Michael has not been managing the hotel very long and that they are gradually improving it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would like to visit again in the future.

   We had a very relaxing weekend stay at the Elizabeth House Hotel. We were welcomed by the owner (Michael) who was a superb host. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable with a spacious shower room. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice from the continental bar as well as a traditional cooked breakfast. We were very impressed. The evening dinner menu had a good selection of meals - we would recommend the steak and ale pie or the rump steak. One thing to note, the dining area can get busy so make sure you book your table for an earlier time (6-6:30pm). As for location, it is a 2 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants in Bracknell or a 20 minute walk. We would highly recommend staying here if you plan a weekend at Windsor Castle and Legoland. Great stay!

   The most welcoming B&B we've stayed in. John was over and above welcoming and accommodating to everyone staying there. We overheard one couple requesting porridge which wasn't on display and then watched as he went to local shop to get some as supplies had run out. Not many hosts would go to those lengths. Nothing was too much trouble and he has a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area too which was really helpful. The room was really comfortable and clean and the gardens were spectacular to sit and relax in. We couldn't have asked for better service and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - thank you to John and the team at Elizabeth House.
