   We walked into Royal Winchester House with no appointment and were met by Felicity, Executive Lettings Manager at Bracknell. She took the time to explain the rental process to us, and even went as far as showing us one of the vacant apartments. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our many questions. We decided to submit an application for an apartment, and the process with Felicity, was smooth and stress-free. The interior design, the spaciousness of the apartments and the top-notch facilities are all part of what makes this place special, but the real highlight is the team. Our incredible concierge team, particularly Aleks and Lucian, have been absolute rockstars! Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a significant difference in our daily lives.    Excellent all around. Reasonably priced with amazing building management support. Been living here for over a year now. Location very good, close to town centre and the train to London. The building quality is above average and so far we had no problems with moisture or any other inconvenience. Sound isolation is also good in the flat. One thing I would like them to do more often is clean the windows from outside.

   Royal Winchester House is really a nice place to stay. I have lived here for 2.5 years, and am very satisfied with the apartment itself and the concierge service I have received. I must thank Aleks for all his help this whole time. He's been very helpful and professional. Whenever I encountered a problem, he responded quickly. Unlike many other properties/developments, their concierge team members are always unreachable. Royal Winchester House is so lucky to have Aleks to work there. He is the best!

   I lived in Winchester House for a year. It is a very nice flat even though the furniture was not included. The building is always clean and well maintained. I particularly liked the location as everything is close by: the shopping centre, the supermarket, the restaurants, the park, the train and bus station only a 10 min walk away and taxis only down the building. But most of all, this very pleasant experience at Winchester House was only possible because of the dedication and kindness of Aleks, Carmen and her husband. I am very happy to have met all of them because I met amazing people.
