   I used Woodley's estate agency for about 16 years. As I live abroad I rented my flat and they looked after it. Their service is excellent and if there were any issues they quickly fixed them. They always found the best tenants. When I decided to sell, they found a buyer in about 2 months, recommended a lawyer and helped me with any paperwork needed. This made everything run really smoothly. They are the best and most trustworthy estate agency I have had. I can never thank them enough for all they have done.    The service I received from Woodleys Estate Agents was fantastic from start to finish. Mark and team were fantastic, but for me the person who most stood out was Gareth in the after sales team he kept the conveyancing process moving in the right direction by speaking to the buyer and seller solicitor, he helped make the process so much easier!    Selling my house was a lot easier than I expected. All the estate agents I approached were helpful and professional but Mark at Woodleys gave the best valuation and I liked the idea of all viewings together. Within days of going on the market there were lots of viewings followed by lots of offers. I was able to choose a buyer ready to move quickly and with the addition of an efficient solicitor contracts were exchanged in what seemed like record time. Mark was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all queries and concerns straight away and ensured the sale was kept moving. I could not have asked for a better service and would recommend Mark and the team at Woodleys Estate Agent to anyone.
