   Avoid completely. Worst estate agents I have ever ever had to rent from. Greedy and bullies. £1.6k in deposit and I get back £100, charging £150 to polyfilla holes. Charged me to replace a bath panel when I bought one brand new and fitted it, charging for garden waste that their cowboy maintenance left. I want to add that no I didn’t dispute anything because I was too mentally exhausted after being bullied by them for almost 8 weeks at this point. Bullied me to leave the property when I was weeks away from having a baby and seriously ill, constantly hounding with emails and calls. But when I did find somewhere else to move to they wouldn’t give me a reference unless I paid remaining weeks rent instantly (over £2k?) Don’t care about their tenants at all, only about money. Rent raised £100 every 6 months with disgusting, insensitive and patronising email “We are pleased to inform you that to honour the time you have been with us; we have secured a special rate rent increase deal” and would we like to “benefit” from this “offer” complete and utter joke of a company and their treatment of their tenants is absolutely beyond words DISGUSTING. Stay far far away from them or trust me you will regret. And don’t bother replying or calling me with your response because I don’t care, everything I have said is the complete and utter truth and you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

   I have been a long-term tenant for over 7 years and had to move from one property to another with RNR as the landlord was selling. The move was streamlined so well and everything was clear about the check out and check in process between both properties. They dealt with my deposit efficiently and only charges deducted were fair as we did not fully follow the tenants check out guide, even though their checkout guide was really helpful and outlined what we needed to do. The property was professionally cleaned before I moved in to ensure my move was comfortable. Thank you all for the help and service!

   I’ve been renting with RNR Properties for almost 2 months now. Ive been very impressed with their professionalism with helpful attitude. Especially after moved in i had few minor maintenance issues they were able to sort out very quickly, i was especially impressed when i thought i had a boiler issue the engineer was arranged within few hours only to find out i didn’t set it correctly. :)

   Update: situation has been sorted and in a timely manner with racial factors faced head on turns out it was misunderstanding thankyou RNR :) I've had water problems since I've moved in currently unable to wash my hair or shower/bathe properly for the last 13days. Upon my little niece coming to visit she had been burnt due to the inconsistency of the water which I had highlighted before moving in and raised as a repair once moved in. Upon letting RnR know about the incident (see attached photos) I didn't get an apology or even a hi instead I was asked if I need someone to show me how to use it (the broken tap/shower) so they've left me without a decent water supply, enabled a kid to be burnt and not apologised whilst basically calling me incompetent to use a shower. I was told a the tap would be replaced instead they came and tightened it which made no difference to the situation. I was then called back and told they are working on a solution...Still nothing. Now they are asking me if I know how to use a shower that they know is already broken. With a rush to take my money before my tenancy even began.
