   We have been using the offices for over a year and find it suits our needs perfectly, ample parking and the facilities are clean and tidy. The centre manager Ellie is fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly with a real 'can do' attitude. Whenever we have an issue or query she will go out of her way to resolve it quickly, no matter how big or small

   I came here to attend a private health consultation and although the offices looked clean and well managed there seemed to be a complete lack of cycling provision at the front of the building, this seems odd considering we are all being encouraged to walk and cycle more. Maybe they are hoping to put people off cycling there, so they'll have drive and pay the parking charge like the other reviews for this site. As you can see I was forced to lock my bike round a tree, as I couldn't seem to get my lock around the adjacent picnic benches

   Terrible parking arrangements - my husband had to go several times for physiotherapy and although he tried to pay it ius a very complicated system of scanning QR codes etc - you cannot just put money in or pay be card - and he ended up getting a £100 parking fine. He is so angry he has asked to be changed to another physio (he was sent to this one via insurance claim) and has cancelled all up coming appointments.

   This place used to be good for meetings etc, and parking was free, the biggest let down now is that you have to pay for parking, this has put me off from using this building, costa which is around the corner from here, is much better and less formal, you can have a drink and sit in and have a meeting or chat and parking is free...

   Visited yesterday for an appointment. Great offices but receptionist and security lax, not wearing masks, no perspex screens at reception and a tablet to be used by all to enter car registration and not wiped down between customers. Covid waiting to happen!
