   Daniel helped us every step of the way from our initial curiosity about selling our property to actually taking the plunge and getting our dream home. He was with us right until the very end and was always available to support us with information to queries, adjustments, or anything else we needed help with. He definitely went beyond what we expected from him with examples such as scheduling communication outside of his working hours so it fitted in around our own work lives and family commitments.    We had a lovely home but a really difficult property to sell. When we first met Perry we were assured by his research and professionalism, having been recommended by an Estate Agent in East Anglia where we had been looking to move. Roger Platt would not have been the first choice due to the location of their office to our home. However, from the first introduction we knew we were in good hands. The house sale was more of a marathon than a sprint but Alison, Perry and Aeron were able to steer us through some challenging situations in a calm and considered way. They were patient, supportive and helpful throughout. We cannot recommended the team highly enough.
