Owners are incredibly friendly, shop is always well stocked, and prices are in line with the quality. My mum bought sofas from here, which are in great condition. They delivered and helped get them into the flat up several flights of stairs - couldn't do more to help. Great service.
Great little shop. Lovely personal shopping experience and delivery service. Lovely item. Maybe one of the more expensive charity shops, but I got a lovely leather three piece suite. My kids have enjoyed making a den with the old sofa cushions too.

I visited shop yesterday morning to return a hat I bought for my partner. I never came across such a rude person behind the till, almost aggressive, with no customer service skills at all. Also this isn’t a charity shop, all the money goes to their pockets. It’s just a second hand shop. Rude, rude, rude and did not accept my item back. AVOID

The shop offered a range of items, decent quality. However, the cashiers were racist and xenophobic towards me and my family. That kind of bigotry and hatred does not deserve any business from us, or anyone else for that matter. The shop and its range was good, but the experience was disgusting and awful.
