An "Aladdin's Cave" of lighting plus lots of interesting gifts. Received some really helpful personal attention and advice and will be ordering our lights from there.
Found this little gem of a shop 3 years ago when we were doing a refurbishment on a property. It started with a couple of large pendant lights we were struggling to find and after instantly connecting with the owner Rob and his team, we ended up with a home visit and were guided perfectly with Rob’s interior design expertise, which included bespoke extra large sofas, handmade curtains and blinds , beautiful dining room chairs and side lights. I fully admit that I am not the easiest person to work with, but with Rob’s flair for colours and great coordination , I admit now he was right. Amazing value and service. Bob and Lisa

Ordered a mirror and paid a deposit.Was told I would be contacted in 2 weeks when it was in. No contact was made by the shop, so we rang, apparently order was still in the online shopping basket? got another call saying mirror may not be available for 2 months( why was this not checked before the deposit was taken?) would I like to buy the display model at the same price?. I offered a lower price as it was a display model ( though shop denied that because it was on display it was a display model). They told me it was brand new. Unfortunately they were not aware another sales assistant had told me he had he put it up on display a year ago. So not brand new either. Avoid this shop, poor customer service, and poor sales practices. I got my money back and will not be ordering from this shop again.
