   Bought a new bed frame and a sofa bed. Sales very helpful, delivery was brilliant. The two delivery staff (Rob and Matt) could not have been more helpful - I had to take the front door off to get the sofa bed in - even though it’s a pretty standard size. They kindly helped after the bed was assembled and put it back on for us. Service with a smile. And we are thrilled with our gorgeous new furniture.

   Staff are utterly rude and disgusting, my mum went in today and one of the women working there asked my mum what she was looking for, my mum advised that she was looking for a bar table for the kitchen. The woman said to my mum ‘we have nothing cheap here’ and something along the lines of ‘i saved you a journey from coming here’. Disgusting and appalling behaviour, train your staff in a professional manner.

   Bed review - - - On the headboard is a strip of adhesive left from the protective foil. So far, we have not been able to remove the remaining adhesive. I've already wasted an hour trying to peel off. Another problem would be in front of the bottom of the bed where you can see how it was chipped and masked with a little varnish. A total disappointment considering the price. The bed was most likely displayed in a store and then brought to us. The first and last experience with this store. I do not recommend.

   Never thought I would see myself shopping inside this place until I was looking for a bed and fell upon one advertised by this company on their Internet site. Thought I would go into store to check out the item for myself. Pleasantly surprised all of the furniture seemed decent quality. The downside was overly eager sales assistant who couldn't seem to get her prices right. I was given the price of the bed which had a knock down price on it already , I told her that it was cheaper on the Internet by nearly £100, and was told then that they hadn't updated their prices. So I would recommend checking the price on their website before purchasing in store.

   Very nice sofa's/furniture and delivery is very good but the sales try to sell you the cleaning service/stain guard which they describe as a cleaning service which you can call out whenever for a lifetime all for abit extra. No one from Oak furniture land knows the contact details and try to put you through to a insurance company like the sofa is broken. This was the only thing that lets these down!

   Brilliant shopping experience here. We'd looked on the website first and easily found what we wanted. The shop was lovely. Full of oak furniture and yet somehow uncluttered. We found the wardrobe straight away on entering. We spoke to a lovely salesman, who dealt with the order very efficiently, sorted out delivery and took the payment. All over and done in less than 20 minutes! I'd give 10 stars if I could!
