What a pleasant experience here, rather than that from the orange coloured 'shed'. Nice approachable staff who are never over-pushy but were obviously experienced in all aspects of their products. The store is well laid-out and has such extensive range. I will come here again in the summer when we plan to re-model our kitchen.
Awful service. Needed tiles to match what was already in my new build house. Gave the sales person my dimensions and showed photos of the walls & existing tiles so that I could buy the same to match. He under spec’d how many boxes I’d need and told me to buy 3. I questioned if four were needed and he assured me 3 was sufficient. I asked to buy 4 anyway and return any unused tiles but was told that I couldn’t return unused boxes to the shop, only to the warehouse - IN WATFORD - miles away. AND there would be a 20% restocking charge. NO OTHER TILE SELLERS RUN THIS RIDICULOUS POLICY So I took his advice and brought 3x boxes. Guess what - my tiler turns up - starts the job - 3 boxes is not enough - need a 4th box. Phone the Southampton store - “we don’t hold any stock here”. Seriously? They have a HUGE unit in millbtook but don’t hold ANY stock? “No Sir - we have no stock of any tiles you have to wait 4 days for the next delivery”. Well my tiler is here now and needs them today - “not possible sir - they have to come from Watford” OK can Watford send the tiles to me? “Yes but there is a £50 delivery charge even for a single box of tiles” So ok not going to win here - order the tiles. Thanks for nothing that’s just Cody me an extra day of time for my tiler. “Oh and sir your tiles have gone up in price from £40 a box to £75 a box” Seriously? So this company hold no stock, charge ridiculous restock and delivery fees, have overpriced tiles that shoot up in price when you need to reorder and cost me extra for the tradesman to have to postpone the job mid way and come back a week later to finish off. Basically this debacle has cost me an extra £200 because of their incompetence. Do yourself a favour - buy your tiles from Topps who hold stock at every store and are very happy to take back unused tiles for FULL refund Oh and their tiles are not ridiculously overpriced in the first place either…. PORCELANOSA - THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN YEARS

Welcomed us in store. We looked around and chose a couple of tiles we liked. They didn't have any samples in store to take home, but let us take the sample from shop floor. To return next day. We ordered and was given a date of 6 weeks for delivery. They arrived on time and delivered on the date I request. Good Job and highly recommend.

What a thoroughly helpful team who went out of their way to help me locate the Bathroom basin for my daughter’s home. The team arranged a swift transfer to the Southampton branch where I was able to pick it up on Easter Sunday - again, with a smiling and helpful assistant who cheerfully helped me load the rather large box into my car! An excellent team who gave me a first class service!!
Good service and communicative. Ewan ensured my second order (in store collection, over the phone order) was from the same tile batch as my first order, (online) this was thoughtful and professional as I hadn't thought to ask. In store service at collection was friendly and again, professional. The showroom is impressive with lots of great ideas and high quality (and high priced) goods. Porcelanosa pricing is very high and I would advise to wait for a sale before making a purchase. The prices seem disproportionately high given they are able to sell tiles and other goods at a 40% discount in regular sales. I would advise not paying full price and waiting for a sale, if you have the luxury of time on your side.
It's a lovely showroom and products are beautiful but then they should be given the prices. However, went to look at some flooring: salesman said if they are on special offer we don't label that in the shop, so had to try to look it up on my phone. He also said not all samples would be there and started showing me a printed brochure. 11:30 on a Sunday and I was the only person in there and I didn't stay for long given that service. No wonder.
