   Debbie is a wonderful counsellor, she is warm, welcoming, wise and gentle but still able to offer appropriate challenge and help me to get a different perspective. I’ve been seeing her for the last 8 months, and it has changed my life for the better as she has helped me navigate my way through various life challenges with positivity. I think everyone would benefit from regular talking therapy… I wish I had done this sooner. It’s an essential part of self care.
