I provided the staff with my medical issue, she kindly refered me to the pharmacist who was rude, didnt listen to my issue and told me he couldnt help me all in about 3 seconds. I headed straight to Tesco whose staff had great knowledge and provided meds I needed.

About 3pm today I went to collect a prescription, while I was being served by the pharmacist and while he was checking my details in the system, the assistant arrived and dropped some personal shopping on the counter. Proceeded to take a couple of packets of crisps with a drink to the area where prescriptions are usually prepared prepared. Started eating, breaking when other customers arrived to serve them without washing hands just having a subtle wipe on uniform backside, also using her tong to remove debree from gum area whilst serving. Disgusting and unprofessional. Moving nominated pharmacy as I care for my mom whom is considered vulnerable and currently recovering from cancer.

Very unhelpful. Asked if I could use a private prescription. The pharmacist said yes you can but I will charge you a lot for dispensing it. Also added it would take over an hour. Very poor attitude. Went to Tesco who kindly prescribed at a cost of £4!
