Location of hotel is brilliant easy access where ever you need to go. Rooms and very clean and homely also the service is brilliant honestly it is next to nothing the staff can’t do enough for you also if you come across a snag they will help you. I’ve also seen the staff run off there feet but still manage to run the hotel when short in numbers all I can say is bravo all well done thank you

Rooms are poorly insulated so on the ground floor you can hear every step a person in a room above you takes. I was awake anyway, else I'd be angry right now. Corridors and doors are thin, with bumpy thresholds meaning wheelchair access is difficult. I'd give this place a low score on accessibility, you can get in there step free but that's about it. Staff were a little stiff on arrival, my mum was clearly stressed but no concern was expressed at all. We're visiting to attend a funeral and I do expect better of Premier Inn so this is a bit disappointing. Shout out to the young man handling the restaurant though, he accommodated us when the place was officially full and was kind and good natured. Food was fine, no complaints. There is a pleasing array of books and toiletries on sale in the foyer.

A great hotel for a my night away. Room was nice and comfortable, the evening meal was delicious to the point I had starter, main and desert. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and informative. The car park is chargeable per night but it's very cheap. All in all it was a great stay and look forward to staying again.

Had a great stay here. Chloe was a very pleasant girl and made me feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Johnny the chef is an amazing chef. Burger that I had was cooked to perfection and that’s one thing that is hard to find these days. Both people take care in what they do for this hotel

Hotel was a little further out of the city then i thought, but very helpful that there is a taxi on the reception desk. Staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was very good the 2 days i had it. Ate once int he evening and would receomend the Pie, it was lovely. Room clean and would stay again.

If you've got a car location is no problem but without one it's a taxi ride to Derby centre (Β£6-10 depending on the firm). No complaints about the hotel, staff, service, cleanliness or the night's sleep. All great.

Stayed for work, the hotel is a 5 min walk from a retail park so eating out shouldn't be a problem. This hotel does not have a close / attached restaurant / Pub. It does have its own small restaurant. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was good. No complaints about the service breakfast staff great and very accommodating. Breakfast is a buffet style which is a refreshing change as these are not so common. Room was fine, standard prem and of course pillow heaven when you eventually get to bed. Good sleep no complaints. I would stay again.
