A really lovely guest house, all the fixtures and fittings in the room and the dining room were to a really high standard - really feels lovely. Great host, made a fantastic full English Pub over the road is a nice Indian reastraunt, there's another nice pub a 5 minute walk away. Thank you very much for a lovely stay

Just stayed here before our cruise, great service from start to finish. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Can leave your car here and be transported to and from the port which was ideal. There’s also a pub just across the road which was perfect for food. Our youngest daughter gives the stay a gazillion star rating and wants to have our holiday there next year

Recently stayed at twin oaks after previously staying here before . Unfortunately things have changed, Room not up to scratch. Shower and toilet full of mould, Shower head requires changing. Room required a good clean (dust on wall behind bed,Biscuit wrapper on floor under bed ,furniture requires to be pulled out and carpet hoovered. Cobweb on soap dish.Extractor fan not working. Informed owner who told me he was thinking about making the room into a family room with one next door.

A great find if you want somewhere to stay and leave your car while you cruise. One nights bed & breakfast, 14 nights parking and transfers to and from the cruise terminal £219.00. Excellent value when compared to many other hotels or b&bs. Nice clean room either unsuited bathroom. A lovely breakfast in the morning. The b&b is straight opposite a pub that does Indian and British food. So ideal for a nice meal out the night of your stay. The taxi takes about 20minutes to the port. The only reason a five was not given for accommodation was the ceiling in the bathroom needed painting.

A lovely place to stay. It’s opposite a pub that does great Indian food. Host Helen looked after us and shared some great local knowledge and gave us a good walk to do in the New Forest from the guesthouse. Great breakfast, clean and friendly. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by a smiling Helen and given the information for our stay. Helen was very helpful and it was such a warm welcome, we knew we’d have a lovely stay. The bedrooms were extremely clean and tidy. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing, quality produce and the pancakes were amazing.

We really highly recommend. Such a warm welcome, beautiful clean rooms and a delicate and generous breakfast. The family room is superb in its layout with two rooms that join. If you need somewhere to stay in the area you should stay here, you won't be disappointed.

The owner Helen, made us feel at home the minute we got here. This is our second time of staying here and find it a very pleasant stay with a pub across the road for an evening meal and the transportation to & from the port that Helen arranged for us was superb. The usual transport was busy with traffic so Helen took us down herself which was a nice touch. I will certainly use Twin Oaks the next time we are cruising. Thanks Helen.

An absolutely perfect stay! Booked 5 rooms and for one night. All rooms were super clean; the bathrooms had wonderful small beautiful touches and toiletries which I wasn't even expecting; breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious; location was great and Helen was fantastic. My whole party were completely surprised by it all and loved it. We had use of the lovely, cosy lounge with real fireplace too and nothing seemed too much trouble for Helen - kind, caring about the house and her guests. Would go back any day!
