Very welcoming and friendly . En-suit comfortable rooms with a 4 poster bed. Well appointed dinning room, very nice breakfast on offer. Plenty of walking areas nearby and choice of eating places and pub with food on offer. Local transport links include railway station 30m away and MI7 about 1 mile. The only drawback is noise when using bathroom which has no lock on the door. It is very peaceful and quiet and plenty of private parking. The outside is very impressive and the setting is icing on the cake. Overall very good.
Nice and clean. The owner is a lovely person and I love how she decorated this lodge. Free breakfast can beat any good restaurant food. Highly recommended!
Great location, family run, they are so welcoming and friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable, good quality breakfast served, stayed 4th July to 6th July for a family wedding, this was the icing on the cake, making our stay for the wedding even more memorable, highly recommended 10/10. Having travelled from Manchester this was a truly positive experience for my family of 5, what a beautiful place and surroundings did not want to come home.
