   Paul and Vanessa were welcoming from the get go! Super accommodating short notice and even provided a travel cot cot and high chair for my baby. The accommodation has everything you need to cook! I had the luxury of staying in cottage 1 and 3, they are all a little different but all have the same cosy character. Thank you again! I will definitely be staying again!

   We love visiting Tutbury and decided we would stay at Little Park having heard good things about the cottages. They have recently been taken over by a young couple, Paul & Vanessa and we found them very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is very cute. We stayed in Ash (No 2) which comprised of a double bedroom, living room/kitchen and shower room. It was perfect for our needs and despite the heat wave remained cool inside. We sat outside in the evening admiring the stunning views. The town centre is about 5 minutes short walk away and we enjoyed strolling past the wild Peacocks on the way down. I thoroughly recommend these holiday homes, especially as you can park safely right outside. We will certainly be back! Thank you.

   Sue provided a home from home service. Jane very welcoming. Saddened to hear new owners won't allow dogs to stay. Such a lovely rural place for dog walking. Pegg! We had booked and told at last minute, no dogs now, won't be staying without Pegg, not unfair at all ! Being misleading was! The booking was to include my elderly mother paying respects to her grandsons grave on that day.At 91 the cottage supported her mobility issues and her need to see her daughter and Pegg! I'm disappointed Jane

   Great little cottages with everything you need. Clean and comfortable in a lovely quiet area close to the fields for a lovely evening walk. Lots of great shops and places to eat in the village too. Close to theme parks and bigger cities. Wish we'd stayed longer! Lovely friendly hosts. Many thanks.

   We had an amazing weekend here. The cottage was spotless and very well equipped. We requested a late check in which was no problem at all. My daughter and her friend were heading to Alton Towers which is only a 25-30 minute drive away. Lots to do round about too. I recommend Tutbury Castle. Amazing stay and will most definitely book again in the future.
