   We can truthfully say that we had the wedding we'd always hoped for. From our first meeting with Jordan, everything went smoothly. She helped to coordinate the different suppliers making it possible to be a much more relaxed bride than I anticipated. It was obvious that the staff genuinely wanted our wedding to be a success, and they did everything to make it so. Dovecliff Hall Hotel is a beautiful venue, both for your ceremony and reception, and having the whole place to ourselves made for a relaxed yet extra special day. 10/10 would recommend.

   Beautiful hotel in an amazing setting. The rooms are beautiful and in keeping with the hotel. The food is absolutely gorgeous and faultless. This hotel is a ten out of ten, but if you put the staff in the scoring it would be fifty out if ten if it was possible.

   Just had our wedding and we are so, so pleased with how it went at Dovecliff. A little review could never do it full justice! The food and venue were absolutely beautiful. They offer exclusive use and rooms to stay in, with a package tailored perfectly to our needs. We had a truly wonderful day, made even more special by the staff and by Jordan, the coordinator, whose sharp eye for detail made everything run seamlessly. If you’re looking for a venue that really knows what they’re doing and offers incredible value for money, look no further!

   Amazing 3 course Sunday lunch today. The roast beef was cooked to perfection. Staff were lovely and very accomodating (I am gluten free). Views of the beautiful gardens were great. Have been here many times for Sunday lunch and it is always perfect.

   Sunday lunch: Very welcoming staff with the young waitresses, especially smart & friendly. The pianist added atmosphere to the pleasantly decorated but rather chilly dinning room. The meal was sadly only average being reminiscent of pub food but in smaller portions. The 10% discretionary service charge is hard to justify, surely easier to take 6 plates to 1 table than 6 plates to 6 tables? In any event, it is not pooled for the staff,( Neither of the 2 waitresses I asked, were aware that the service charge went to them?) so I asked for it to be removed & tipped the staff directly. A pity that was necessary.

   The restaurant here is absolutely superb. Cost wise its only a little more expensive than local pub/restaurants, but the dining here is on a different level. Wine list is excellent, really good choices. Steak was sublime. Beautiful surroundings and tasteful decor. I love it.

   The hotel is in a really pretty setting. The staff were really excellent and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent quality and it was the best cooked breakfast I had in a while. All four of us in our party felt the same. We really enjoyed the Christmas party atmosphere but felt it would have been better if the music started an hour later and therefore ended an hour later.    Just had lunch with friends. Beautiful surroundings all tastefully decorated for Christmas. Service was excellent and discreet, food was outstanding, just delicious, we will definitely be back. The owner Anton took the time to chat to us and welcome us, really friendly place.

   Great location, lovely building, quiet, comfy and good food. Enjoyed the atmosphere of eating in the sunny orangery overlooking the extensive grounds.. with good food not an enormous menue (always a good sign as obvs freshly cooked!) and a friendly service. Felt relaxed after a great night's sleep.
