Most letting agents will only handle straightforward paperwork and avoid anything outside of the usual process, but David is different. Even when there are complications or unusual situations, he sticks with it and makes sure everything is properly managed.    As a landlord I’ve been having bad experiences with letting agents for years, so when the time came to rent out my latest property I spent an entire weekend researching Letting Agencies in Southampton area. Blue Bubble stood out from the crowd because of numerous positive reviews (actually all reviews were positive). I’ve never seen a letting agency which would be rated so highly both by landlords and tenants, so I decided to give it a chance. A couple of weeks later with tenants moved in, I can echo all of the other positive reviews. The service I received was professional and courteous. Communications were spot on and I was informed of every stage of the process, unlike with other agencies which need to be chased up. David definitely does his job really well. Blue Bubble’s fees are very competitive and considering the quality of service this agency can’t be beaten. From my experience I can say that Blue Bubble is everything that a landlord would expect from a letting agency, and I will definitely use them again!
