   Fabulously appointed, clean, spacious but still cosy cottage. Ideal location for all main attractions in the area (10-20 min drive from Alton Towers, Monkey Forest, Peak Wildlife Park etc). Remote location for those looking for a getaway spot but still only 5 minutes drive from nearby town Cheadle which has two large supermarkets and numerous good takeaway options for those not looking to make use of the cottages brilliant kitchen facilities. Leek and Stoke are both short drives and the sights of the Peak District are all within short, easy reach. Games room a great extra for couples and families. Brilliant, kind and communicative hosts too. As a place to stay in the Peaks for both couples and families I cannot recommend Tomfields Cottage enough!

   Had a lovely stay at Tomfields cottage. Owners so welcoming and helpful. Welcome pack with home made cake, milk and coffee & tea etc. A small farm with curious calves that came so close much to childrens amusement. Pool room much appreciated on rainy days and several quiet lanes nearby for dog walks and blackberry picking. Would have been 5 star but very close to a very busy B road which was noisy, especially when sitting in garden. Lovely stay though and would definitely recommend.

   We loved the space inside and out here and the owners left some thoughtful and helpful gifts for when we arrived. The hosts were great and very accommodating and I would happily stay here again. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was clean. Slightly off the beaten track but perfect for our needs.

   What an excellent holiday cottage. Owners are really helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much. Had everything we needed for a lovely week. Plenty of space. Even has a large games room with pool table. Lovely big kitchen / dining room. Has a log burner too although we didn’t use it as it’s been a hot week. You def won’t be disappointed with this cottage . Thank you Jonathan & Pam we had a superb time x

   We have fallen in love with this beautifully furnished holiday home.The games room is ideal for our boys of 19 and 21 and special finishing touches of tea, coffee and cake on our arrival was lovely after a long journey.Very relaxing and highly recommend.The owners are lovely and welcomed us too.xxx

   Beautiful cottage, fantastic surroundings, very good amenities, pool table in games room which was used quite often, fantastic kitchen, spacious bedrooms, Beautiful bathroom on ground floor with small wc on first floor. Would definitely stay again.
