   Was waiting 10 minutes outside the changing room to try something on as the doors are locked and every staff member just walked past me multiple times not even acknowledging me so I just left. Wasn’t even busy and there was like 5 people working

   Where do I start, started off great ordered my trainers they despatched them using EVRI that’s when it all went wrong!! JD saying parcel is delivered but EVRI saying parcel back at there depot this happened 3 times, anyway nearly 2 weeks later my parcel arrives and it’s completely wrong I ordered trainers and got hand cream!! Obviously a fault with EVRI. Turned out someone low life in EVRI stole my trainers! So I get onto JD and explain the situation they say sorry and would like to offer a £10 gift card as a gesture of good will, I straight away refused and said not good enough. I managed to get a £50 gift card which I thought was better and more worth my while. I was told to send the parcel back so they can investigate it so was given a code so I don’t have to pay for sending back. Guess what? Code doesn’t work never received the £50 gift card as a gesture of goodwill and I really doubt I’ll get a refund. JD need to scrap EVRI as it’s damaging there company. I won’t shop at JD no more and ever use EVRI again. Whole process stressful and upsetting.

   Worst sale service at this store. Visited to buy 3-4 pairs of shoes for the whole family. No one there to help or ask for size availability. They told me there is a problem with scanner, so I waited for 20 minutes . I asked the person when they got to see me about 3 options I woild like to try. When I handed over the shoe to them and ask that I liked this one, he bluntly said you are allowed only 3 shoes trials. I was like mate , i have finalised this and I am asking to pack this one. Footlocker store staff was much better and I bought all shoes from there

   This store is not worth coming to. Gen Z workers ignoring requests for help and others just talking to each other not bothered to work. The changing room system is absolutely awful needing a key each time to unlock the doors making customers wait with multiple minutes just to try on some clothes. Workers also don’t know when other people are in the changing rooms so beware. Finally tried to use a 10% discount but it turns out it can only be used online, which simply doesn’t make sense. Also staff are rude.

   Visited the bracknell store today after finding trainers that i liked , no one around so had to walk round shop to find and ask someone all i got was a grunt , very rude , i tried on , and liked so they where put behind the till for me , went to the till no one there waited ages in the end had to ask someone to which they grunted as well very very rude staff. The staff obviously don't care in this store.

   It's not a very big store so don't expect much variety here. It's a decent sports gear shop, particularly if you're a fan of Nike and North Face products. Price is slightly higher but the quality of products are really good. staff is very friendly

   Went to change a size of a t-shirt which was a small on a large hang they told me no returns or refunds today 26/12/23 is just changing it for a bigger size dont see what the issue is really not happy

   Good variety of kids/junior products... Not a lot of you're over 6 foot or are broad-shouldered. Staff are hit and miss also, so helpful some just don't wanna be there!!

   We went in to store just the other day to find trainer's for my son, they did not have his size in any of the ones we liked. We met a lovely shop assistant working on shoes, young girl who was such a delight, so helpful and kind. Really impressed by her impeccable service. She tried her best to ask other stores and checked online. Hard to find lovely service from stores nowadays.

   My daughter's North Face jacket, purchased only 2 months ago, was displaying a minor cosmetic issue. We went back to the shop yesterday to ask for advice on how to fix it. The shop manager immediately offered a refund or a replacement as she agreed there should be no quality issues so soon after the purchase. Within 5 minutes we were in and out of the shop, daughter happy with a new replacement jacket. Well done JD!
