    Usually if you have the booked time, everything going fast. After unloading the paperwork will be ready soon. If you have to wait because coming earlier there is a parking place, where you have to wait for the booking time.

    Poor communication with everyone. Turned up on time with correct reference number. Go to GP3....no GP2... no back to GP3. 2hrs 45 mins later loading starts. Office full of people fooling around whilst lorry drivers wait to be allocated bays or collect receipt paperwork are ignored. I really don't know how this place survives. Avoid if you are able to do so.
