   Typical lorry driver last night heading north, up the M1 flashing every car at 9:30pm near Leicester reg: AY20 RNA and tail gating cars and swearing at motorists while passing them by, stupid driver! Take note of your drivers behaviour!!!

   Despite an email from PalletPlus advising that the driver would call an hour before arrival and that the driver was contracted to wait 20 mins whilst we checked the goods and note any damage on the delivery note, none of this happened. No call was received, the driver (who became very rude when questioned) blocked the road with his truck, he refused to wait whilst we checked the goods and said that there was no delivery note because of COVID!

And although it didn't work out this time it gave a great impression of the company and you can tell they value people at this company.    Great company to deal with! We were left in the Lurch with our usual haulier who we had worked with for years, we got in touch with WT transport who have been extremely easy to deal with and helped us move some pallets very quickly without even opening an account. Our account is now open and we will be shipping with W T transport from now on. Rachel has been great throughout the process!
