   I have rented my property out through Dove property and could not of had a better experience. Helen and Mark are so great at what they do and such genuine people. The first tenant to view was the one who moved in! Thank you both. Couldn’t recommend your company enough x

   Terrible experience, have left a property, supposed to have DPS protected deposit, landlord ignoring me, Dove properties have said they can't do anything deposit is with landlord, into 3rd week now after leaving, property left immaculate, apart from all damp walls and issue with heating ,which I put up with for 3 years. Discusting attitude, and now down Legal route I have to go .

   I called Dove about a flat for rent, a man answered the phone and seemed friendly. He asked a few questions and then if I was "in employment" when I said "no, not at the moment, I am a carer for my disabled son, student and stay at home mum. My rent will be paid by universal credit currently." I got a long pause. Then he said, "we have many viewings booked on the property already. If it doesn't go I will call you back." I knew straight away he wasn't going to call. Its more then 3 weeks later and the flat is still available on Rightmove. I'm pretty disgusted. I have clearly been judged and deemed unworthy of even being given an opportunity to view the property, let alone rent it. I maybe at a point in my life where for the first time ever I've had to turn to benefits to help me leave my marriage and start a new life with my children. This is temporary and I will be back working very soon. Should this mean I don't get an opportunity to rent a home? Being on benefits means rent is guaranteed so it is a perfectly legitimate and reasonable source of income for those in need. I feel I've been judged and discriminated against. I am a very respectful and respectable, professional person and any landlord would be fortunate to have me as a tenant. I would look after the home as if it were my own and pay my rent in full and on time every month. I look forward to finding agents and landlords with better perspectives and far less judgemental and narrow minded responses.

   I would 100% recommend Dove property. They are reliable, friendly and helpful and have been great at helping us to rent out our property. Mark adapted the level of service according to our needs which has been fantastic for us. Very reliable service from people who really know their stuff!

   I have had a horrible experience with this company. Recently called to arrange a viewing and was told I would get a call as soon as viewings are being accepted. I never received this call. When I called up again to confirm, i was met with a very hostile man by the name of Mark, who is one of the directors. Mark took it upon himself to hang up on me after asking if i still want the viewing after i said that i was told i was getting a call about viewings but hadn’t. He also confirmed to me my job role in a tone i can only describe as condescending. If you would like the directors of the company you are renting from to be this rude, i would 100% recommend dove property. For a company who describes their service and personal and friendly, the interactions i have experienced have not only not reflected that, but i was treated with little to no respect. So thank you Mark, for ruining my day.
