An excellent stay in a warm, clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was perfect, great service, food and value for money - highly recommend this hotel and will definitely use again

I often stay at Premier Inn Sandiway after work, and it’s always a great experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. It’s a reliable and comfortable choice for anyone needing a stress-free place to unwind.

Stayed here for a show at the Brio Memorial Court. The room price was very reasonable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Theres plenty of parking. We had a breakfast at their restaurant which was not bad, but the order wasn't completed correctly. Mine was minus a hash brown & I had one of my wife's rashes of bacon.

The room was huge but could have benefited from a table and chairs rather than big empty space. The room was cold. We would turn the heating up to 19 but then it would keep resetting itself to 14 so we'd wake up cold. We had booked two nights one of which was just to chill out and relax in the room which we did but the TV was awful. Black lines running across it. The corridor outside our room was also freezing but you'd go through one of the security doors and it was hot. The breakfast was okay. It's all cooked fresh which was nice. I'd avoid the poached eggs though. They put so much vinegar in the water they tasted pickled

Ideal as a basic base for what we wanted.good value. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was good with good service. Only problem we had was hairdryer not working and ventilation in bathroom did not kick in when having a shower.

When we first entered the hotel, the receptionists were quite nice, although one did sigh rudely. When we were given our room it had a pungent odour to it. One of the key cards provided were broken, although getting it re-done, it still didn't work. The showers had good pressure and the bathroom was decently clean. The beds had crisp fresh linen but the pillowcases felt used. The breakfast was just okay. We stayed for three days and each day they got one of our orders wrong. Another 30 minute wait until we got the correct breakfast. In the restaurant there was a horrible couple steps. They were so steep I am surprised to see that they got past the health and safety laws. My friends and toddler fell down these stairs multiple times. One of these times my friends were holding orange juice, which spilled all over their brand new jumper. The staff couldn't care less. My toddler enjoyed when Santa came in and took a picture with him. I never new there were York accents in the north pole! During our stay, a group of visitors at the hotel contiously knocked on our door. We were very distressed and all stayed in a room together. Eventually when my friends went to go back to their room a staff member came to tell us that their was a noise complaint. We told them that it wasn't us making the noise and that it was other guests. They patronisingly laughed and told us that at our age she would have done the same. Me, being in my mid thirties with a condition that made my body not develop properly so I look much younger than I actually do was upset by this comment. She looked not a day of 18 and to talk condescendingly to me seemed very rude. She said if I made the noise again I would be kicked out. Very unfair given it wasn't even us. I was thinking of bringing it up with reception, only to realise she worked reception too. Many of the workers there were youths. They didn't have the same standards and the hotel halls had litter in them. There was a nice server at dinner who was very helpful. The location was just okay. If you want a cheap stay at an okay hotel with bad staff then this is the place for you. Personally, I enjoy a smiling face and understanding staff. Not rude people who don't take you seriously and judge you for your looks. The playground outside was rotting and not well catered to. The slide was full of sludgy leaves and dirt. the ground was slippy and not well gritted. My toddler slipped multiple times. I don't think that I will be taking my business to Premier Inn again but I hope that the other ones are better than this.

Stayed one night at the weekend as a family of 4. Cannot fault the hotel at all. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. We had tea at the restaurant and it was really nice and good value. Breakfast was also great with something for everyone. Staff were very friendly and overall we all really enjoyed our stay.
